There is nothing like a crunchy bread roll to go with your winter soup or a decent homemade burger! Here is my simple bread roll recipe that can also been slightly altered to make burgers buns.
They are gluten, nut and dairy free.

If you follow me on FACEBOOK you will know by now that I like to keep recipes as simple as possible. Like most of you, I am a busy Mum and I simply don't always have time to make EVERYTHING that my family consumes from scratch. You may also notice that whilst most of my recipes are "Paleo" - I don't like labels because I'm not 100% hardcore about sticking to rules. That makes life way to hard. And as such, this recipe is probably one of those times because it contains a good amount of tapioca starch in it, so therefore isn't ideal for those with blood sugar issues or trying to lose weight. When you need a decent tasting bread roll that taste good and meets most of my families needs - this recipe is excellent.

6. Bake for 35 minutes until lightly brown and allow to cool before serving.
Cut in half and fill with your favourite burger filling.
Each bun has approximately 33g carb, 32g fat and 5g protein.
