OUR NEWCOMER MEAL PLAN
Our meal plans are simple, delicious and fuss-free. We have worked hard to create an easy meal plan that can suit most people, with meals that can be made quickly. It's no secret that over the duration of your 10 Week Challenge you'll likely be in the kitchen more than you usually would - so we have chosen meals that are fast or can be prepared in advance to minimise that time where we can!
OUR FOOD PHILOSOPHY
Healthy food doesn't have to be boring! Whilst the meals on our 10WC Newcomers program are simple, they're still super delicious with the added benefit of being great for you! For your first challenge, we wanted to make things as easy as possible, so whilst our repeaters program meals are definitely a little more jazzy - both programs are filled with different but equally delicious food. All of our meals are healthy, without making a sacrifice on flavour. They are naturally gluten free, with the option to make it 100% dairy free too.
