I am in love with this challenge and tell everyone I know about it! I am a 10 week challenge addict! The support and community is unbelievable, not just from Sara and Elora whose knowledge is unquestionable, but also from the others doing the challenge. As far as price goes, not even a question that I feel this 10 week programme is worth at least 3 times what these ladies charge! It is a steal, don't even think about it or try and justify it JUST DO IT! you will not regret it, your body, mind and soul will thank you for it.
This wasn't just about weight loss for me. I wanted to improve my health. I'm certainly in a better way than I was. I can walk and talk now and have given up some of my meds which is great. The programme is easy to follow and flexible if you don't like something. At first I was 100% on track but now move things around a bit. The support is great and the facebook site is very helpful. Thank you Elora and Sarah.
What a great challenge!! It's given me an eye opening view of food and nutrition, making me so much more aware of what I eat, how to prepare meals and giving me a push in the right direction. The support network is great too - If you're thinking about doing it - than do, you wont regret it!!

I really enjoyed the meals and loved the fact that each week had a shopping list provided. I doubled each recipe which fed my family of 4. I lost weight over the 10 weeks and one year on, I still make some of the meals as they are now family staples.
